Use Case: The client has provided feedback on the design concepts and has approved the design they want to proceed with. This document formally confirms that the client has reviewed and approved the design concept, which meets the client’s expectations and requirements. Use it as a signable document or convert it into a web form with an e-signature.

Goal: Ensure a smooth transition from the design phase to the development phase, effectively manage client expectations, and maintain a structured and efficient project workflow. The client is informed that any changes made after this point are outside the scope of the initial agreement. It brings the design concept stage to a formal close.
